Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your headbands in their original clear sleeves and place them in a bubble mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
